For Touhou 6 (Embodiment of Scarlet Devil) to Touhou 9 (Phantasmagoria of Flower View), you sadly have to import a physical copy of the game from Japan. You can also try getting it from Ebay or Amazon, but IIRC these tend to be overpriced. Touhou 9.5 and everything after that are all available on Steam.
